Hazel & Grant’s Pendrell Hall Wedding

Hello everyone.

This is Hazel & Grant, two of the most lovable, emotional and downright fabulous people you could hope to meet. As photographers we get to hide in plain sight as we crash weddings and record the sheer joy of all those taking part. Hazel & Grant invited us be a part of their amazing day last year, Hazel had a beautiful vision of how she wanted her vintage style wedding to be and realised it brilliantly on the day, Grant the strong man of few words and great emotion whose talents shone through as the day progressed ( he plays guitar with an Arctic Monkeys tribute band who were amazing!) ‘I bet you look good on the dance floor’ …oh yes you did!

From the tears during the service to the giggles together and the rock out in the evening, this was a day that will live long in our memories. Thank you both for letting is share that with you.

We’re on Rock n Roll Bride Blog …

If ever there was a time i would like to wave a flag from the rooftops ~ it’s now.

Jen and Dean’s wedding had the ‘wow’ factor, Dean looked like a dapper guy off the movies and Jen’s dress was anything but your traditional wedding dress, seeing the jewellery , flowers, shoes, headpiece, veil and dress all laid out ready for the bride, I couldn’t wait to see how it all looked. Well, my gasps of ‘Wow, you look AMAZING’ were echoed throughout the beautiful ceremony room at Hagley Hall, when Jen & her Dad walked into the room as the congregation glanced round to look, they were met by whoops, cheering & applause. The moment they were married they both fist pumped the air 🙂  Walking down the aisle to the most rapturous reception i’ve ever heard.

Throughout the day the sun shone, deers looked on in the next field, lots of fun and giggles were had. Especially at the reception with the singing waiters . The reception room at Hagley Hall  has been completely renovated to its original eighteenth-century splendour, the vintage wedding theme was beautifully styled to complement this stunning room. The cake was made by the immensly talented The Couture Cake Company.

We want to thank Jen & Dean for having us along to capture your big day, we loved every minute of it.

This is a big deal for us to have an awesome wedding like Jen & Dean’s featured on the prestigious wedding blog Rock ‘n Roll Bride. We have never had a wedding featured before and when Kat from Rock ‘n Roll Bride said ‘yes’ we were over the moon.  Cheers Kat, here is the link

Vintage Wedding Fayre

I met Vicky through a mutual friend, one day via twitter we decided to set up our little vintage wedding fayre in 2012, since then we have gathered together a family of wedding suppliers who we love to work with. Our first fayre, ‘I Do In Vintage’  was at Blakelands, and our latest fayre was back at Blakelands in South Staffordshire. It’s a beautiful family run country house, set in beautiful grounds. Here are a few images taken on our fayre weekend…
